Poet Bio

Opinions like onions
The word on the street
Expressions of impressions
Sometimes don’t come so cheep
Openly flaunted
Or with tongue in cheek
A message in disguise
Mailed blogged or in a tweet
A picture posted with no form of retreat
Rise and defend or just accept defeat
Opinions like onions
A message some might despise
But judgment comes swift at an
Unfamiliar price
For uneducated guesses
Of sugar coated lies
From a profit to a people not so wise
Of souls that are seated with
Maggots and flies
Where gnashing of teeth
Crack bone chilling cries
Opinions like onions
Not reasonably fried
Opinions like onions
Bring tears to one’s eyes
Opinions like onions
Burn with a poetic freedom
That never really dies
