call out to Justice
tell her to let down her hair
The wolf is on the prowl again
waiting in the darkness for fresh violence, crisp mutilation
bleat at the heavens until the moon dips to touch your complaint
until the stars, abandoning their apathy, incline to hear
wrench Truth to his foundations, dust off their lies
shake him until he screams his testimony, release and fury
as the earth shifts uneasily, groaning under the weight of light
