The Most Forgivable Injustices by Charl Landsberg

Charl Landsberg | June 11th, 2018 | poetry | No Comments

Poem

It was a small thing,
but I cried regardless.
I finally had the power,
to make a choice,
but took the coward’s way.

It’s sad,
that the most forgivable injustices,
are the ones we do to ourselves.
We should be more kind to ourselves,
we’re doing our best.
