Poet Bio

Water me
from the last oasis
Fill the cavities in my
Broken teeth and bones
My dreams have spoken
Of death and unpaid loans
A curse for my beloved

It reflects in my father’s eyes
His life is perturbed
From ancestors in gold mines
And bills to pay in long lines

Water me
from the last oasis
Fill my soul’s spice for water
Feed it what it craves
Feed my ancestors
Ashore the Mediterranean sea
