Degrees of Freedom by Himanshu Ranjan

river deserts land.
slowly everybody changed
their course towards hell.

the lazy homo sapiens greed
unnaturally faded.

scattered scary eyes
closed down in meditation.
furrowed eyebrows sink

middle finger years
please mind your own business
no, not lying, no!

musical existence
rhythm in concentration
another escape

the waterfall sound
flowing so effortlessly
flying without wings

blue-winged parakeet sings
the monsoon winds guide its tail
just joyful flapping

freedom from markets
playing a happy childhood,
for the rest of life.
