In the darkness of my room,
I have a cup of chai in my hand
I wear a chilly coat and bunny beanie
I stare out of my window
Looking at the darkness surrounding my neighbourhood
And the faint city light in the distance
Light rain dribbles down my screen
As I eye the unusual purple clouds in the night sky
Without a star in the sky.
