A LETTER TO MY GOD: A Letter of Joy, a Letter Love by Jazz Africa

Jazz Africa | June 10th, 2011 | a poem a day challenge | No Comments

Pain you remove, joy is here
Life you brought, life you bring
Thankful I am
You are Almighty

Sobering disbelief in my ear
Denial rules
Pain stays, I am fooled
Lord is God, I forget
Midnight, rain pours, I recollect
Lord is God
Forever he rules, I reconnect
Lord is God

Foreign, natural manure
S%^&t is gold, it is treasure
My soul grows, my soul endures
Satan skanks with joy
Lessons learned – Amaaaaaziiiing!
Lord is God
Forever he shall reign
I refused
God, God diffuses

Doubt rules my heart
Uncertainty becomes my joy
Fear becomes me!!!
False believes of hope take pride
Cracks, disbelief, denial and pain
Pain?
Yes pain. God removes
God rules

Acceptance is joy
He forever shall be
I just refused
Pain does not equal God, I thought!!!
God is pure, God protects
I’m immune?
Tears through my heart, I fought
“I know how, I know best” is ill-heard
IT IS ILL-FOUNDED!

God is MY love, MY peace, MY pain, MY joy
HE is my comfort, MY STRUGGLES, MY glory, MY light
God IS, my SALVATION, my SHELTER
My SAVIOR, my EVERYTHING
Now I know!
