Poem

There once was man named Alex,
Who stood up to the Federal Complex.
“Are you okay?”
The last words he did say,
And we’ll continue to feel the effects.

Poet Bio

Jacqueline Rudy obtained an English major while raising a young family and working. She is a wife, mother of three sons, pet mom of three male animals–cat, dog, and rabbit–who works as a library assistant and teacher. She loves nature and is a bit of an “imagery junky.”
