A Love Measured by Robert Williams

Robert Williams | February 23rd, 2016 | a poem a day challenge, poetry | No Comments

Like a pirate’s greed for buried treasure, or a miners quest for gold.
True love like yours is hard to measure, like a priceless gem that never fades nor corrode.

Like the first ray of light after the darkness of night, or the first drop of rain on a summers day
Since meeting u I’ve become a neophyte, where I’m just the ribbon and your the bouquet.

You make me smile and happy when we communicate, till death I hope our love we can cultivate.
