A Trap by Paula Puolakka

Poem

In Latin,
the name Paula is the feminine form of Paul,
which means the small one.
However, in Finnish,
Paula is more than this fragile body:
the name derives from the word paula
(/paʊlʌ/),
which means a strong lace
and a trap.
