Poet Bio

behind the rainy days

raindrops dance on my roof,
the wind cuts through leaves
out there.
I sat inside my room, sad
and confused.
my eyes searching through the corners
for answers, their questions weren’t raised;
I pick a mark for each view
and colour it black as my eyes leap
between my thoughts and all the forces
pressing down my brain behind shadows

the rain starts to fall again
dripping close to the curtains
I place my hands on the window
drawing every thought stuck in my head –
’till now, I haven’t drawn anything clear
perhaps it’s how depression’s face looks like.
