Crowded meditations by Nkateko Tshabalala

Nurturing the misunderstood
A suckle through a crevice
Peeling the spirals of thoughts
Each one a symbiosis of dreams that find life in memories
It is not the hole that’s deep, it’s the abyss that swallows the light
The protrusion of warts was the genesis of secrets whispering to themselves
Becoming the forbidden is a judgment not of portions and spells
A crevice of hope is translucent in the bondages of a recluse
Interpretations of silence, we have learnt how to navigate crowded meditations
We no longer see our age through mirrors, only our mediations with bravery.
