Data/Bishop/Knight by Paula Puolakka

Poem

People don’t want to create androids like
Data and Bishop:
they would be too smart and cunning,
and the humans could not celebrate exploitation anymore.

The ant’s position is to stay dumb:
the blue-collar worker should die young
and should never have the time to study history,
logic, or spirituality.

The core of the worker’s share is not linked to Communism
or Economic Liberalism:
it’s a question of basic human rights and
if the worker is treated like a knight (or not.)
