Everybody Meet Crystal by Tracy Swain

Hi, my name is Crystal…Crystal Meth
I’m not ashamed to say that I’ve caused pain and many deaths
I travel locally and abroad
And, sometimes lead people to hang themselves with a cord
I meet many people and see many faces,
Especially schoolkids with dental braces
They love dressing me in clear glass, called a lollipop
And start violently fighting when the lollipop party stops
I wreak havoc and destruction in many homes
And when people have had too much of me, they start to look like old-thin gnomes
The faces sometime go away to far away places, to heal
But when they see me again, they long for me and start to steal
So, this is the life of crystal methamphetamine,
Way more addictive than any morphine.
Don’t you think?
