I heard the mountains roar with pride,
Beautiful like queens and kings
With their crowns firm upon their heads.
Harmonious like the humming
Voices of village mothers
Carrying calabashes filled with sweet waters
Firm upon their heads.
A reminder that god is glory,
A reminder that god is more beautiful
And ever harmonious,
A reminder that god’s words are sweeter than any sweet water.
As I look around each day, I am reminded that god is glory
And I glorify his name
