Poet Bio

You are very good at making very bad decisions,
But my brain has always been a good mother to you.
You care so much about people who want to leave,
Like I always cried for toys that were never mine when I was a baby.
Being you is so sad,
The way you act like a sponge that absorbs everything that comes its way,
And end up not being able to determine which one matters the most,
Love…
Friends…
Hair…
Make up…
But my brain has always been a good mother to you.
Do you remember how you looked into his eyes and saw your world there?
How his touch, like Jesus, calmed every storm in your soul?
Do you remember how his absence stirred up the depression in your glass?
But my brain has always been a good mother to you.
She protected you with only one question: “Oh Dear heart, do you know that your happiness carries the most weight?”.
