Turn the hourglass for as long as it takes.
Sauté grief in 1tbs of non-linear stages,
add shock, remorse and ash-grey despair,
sauté until you feel ready for acceptance.
Next add 3 cups of support structures,
5 large, diced portions of self-care,
add ½ cup of helping hands,
stir to mix everything.
Add 3 portions of compassion,
pour 7 cups of loving kindness,
add frigs of fresh courage and forgiveness.
Cover with patience and bring to boil.
Simmer soup until you are ready,
finish with fresh hope, and
add moving forward to taste.
Serve and trust the healing *process.
