In All Of Me There Is All Of You Miss Steele

Poem

My eternal soul’s deepest desire betrays me.
At the mercy of my forever bond, claimed and promised to my lover.

Yet er the more the property of another
Such shattered pieces, firmly glued
Soldered by a burning desire

In all of me there is all of you
Parts we share only known by us two

Splintered bits live beyond the hue
Glittering and sparkling forever new
Such a luxurious taste we left on parted lips.

Something in me has shifted, not my feelings but my mindset. I saw a view too obscure renewed.

Passion vs safety
The sheer lack of and desperate need I could not know would ensue

The thought of me, vulnerable, weak and reliant on you.. fueled flames that scorching anxiety consumed.

I cannot allow myself to be that way with you. The Vixen inside me can take all of you.

The little burn victim inside me doesn’t trust you.
