Moon watching In the desert by Julia M

Poem

Perhaps there is nothing more wondrous,
Than watching the moon in the desert
The cool breeze of the night kissing your skin,
Leaving you longing for a place you’ve never been
The moon pleasing your aesthetic senses
While seeing right through you,
All the beautiful and broken parts
Unfolding a buoyant sensation
And eyes twinkling with admiration
