I’m hiding my eyes
behind dark glasses
because my future
looks too bright
my eyes talk
to my glittering dreams
like the sun talks
to the dark earth
through her kind dawn,
the nightlife of sunglasses
expires when the sun
bleeds profusely
and dies off
at the horizon
and gets buried
behind mountains
and sea waters
