Pillars on the promenade
Paper boats
Paper planes
Fix the corner
Launch it
Float it
Flies then falls for a reverse fold
Propelled by a sink fold

Who are you to be?

Visions of the mountain’s fortitude
Giving rise to rifts
To valleys
Of liberated ecstasy

Who are you, not to be?

Pen it
Paper it
In poetry
As you scream
In vastness
In complexity
How a poem
Can’t hold me
