K. Eltinaé is a Sudanese poet of Nubian descent. He is a proud alumnus of the Faculty of Arts, the University of Khartoum where he graduated first of his graduating class specializing in English Literature. He taught briefly at the English Department before moving to pursue his higher education in France, Greece, and Italy, earning a triple masters in European Literary Culture. He currently resides in Spain.

Apart from academia, he has worked as a World, Jazz and Afrobeat DJ in France, T.V Anchor & Press Correspondent in North Africa and The Middle East, Voice Over Artist & Narrator for various documentaries and films about the Darfur Conflict, Director in Theatre and Film Productions and as an Editor of a poetry zine in Spain. Some of his earlier work was featured in a BBC Africa Interview in 2008.

His latest collection of poems have appeared in The African American Review, World Literature Today, Xavier Review, Muftah, Jaffat El Aqlam, Sukoon, Solidago, Rigorous, New Contrast, Poetry Potion, TRACK//FOUR, Word Fountain, The WAiF Project, Baphash Literary & Arts Quarterly, Scintilla, among others.
