Shibombi Baloyi is the founder and director at Kutsala publishing. A writer, entrepreneur and publisher who studied drama at the Market Theatre laboratory, Filmmaking at the Virginia Community College, Creative writing at the Long Island University and Business with St Rose College in Albany.

She published and features in ‘Tapping into poetry’ a South African anthology; which features 9 other amazing poet’s and comes highly rated as one of top 7 contestants in The Tshwane speak out loud national poetry competition. She is part of an organization that offers learners in Township schools free literature workshops and donates books to the students.

She is the writer of a children’s book series titled “The Adventures Of Botshelo” which is due for release in August 2019. The series will be published in all 11 South African languages. Shibombi has always been involved in projects that revolve expressing oneself, as she started her career as a model and radio DJ for Midrand FM. She has performed on international stages in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Grahamstown Arts Festival, and the USA
