I sketch my thoughts,
the staff of my life;
soul thoughts,
in cryptic codes.
I listen to the power of words,
and follow the trail of
deeply engraved memories
and participate
in the luring dance of my dreams…
I grab passionately
to the words sourced by my senses,
to the enlightenment they bring;
to me… and through me.
I realize the entanglement.
They become my breathing in the wind,
my tears when disappointment strikes
and the creative outlet of my thinking.
But…
I then shape them;
colourfully and concisely
and realize…
My poems are the whispers of my soul.
