Poem

I touched the solid stone
you gave me
on a foggy morning
when you no longer know
how close or far things are:

the trees,
the rocks,
the knowledge.

It reminded me
of the illusion of
being solid.

And I thought:
Is the love of the universe
holding me together?

Holding me from sinking.
Keeping me from flying
away into th
