There are stranger gods
than our strangest gods.
On other worlds,
separated from us
by space and time,
there are gods stranger
than what has ever lived
on Earth.
There are gods stranger
than what lives in our imaginations.
Gods stranger than our weirdest dreams
and hallucinations.
Gods more bizarre than what appears
in science fiction movies.
If we ever do travel to those other worlds,
will we perceive and comprehend
their gods?
What will we think of them?
What will they think of us?
