She was revealed to him while she was seeking the Divine to understand the mystery of the unseen,
A book about him was opened to her,
Some pages turned very fast,
Some turned slowly revealing the darkness that had trailed him,
A crow cried at the close of the book,
A sign of urgency.
She found him,
She held his hand as she delivered the message,
They journeyed through the meadow of shadows,
She spoke to the gatekeeper of the flaming swords,
He knew they were in a strange place different from where they had gone through,
A place with radiant light but no sun giving the light,
He saw her talking but didn’t see anyone.
He felt lighter as they journeyed back,
He also noticed that the priestess’s face glowed,
It was the beginning of strange things for him,
Three nights of revelation,
Three nights of unveiling of the veiled,
Three nights of a highway through pitch darkness,
Three nights of perpetual light,
He found redemption sealed by the priestess and her lord.
