The Best Foundation by Francis Conlon

Poem

I’m looking for the best face foundation,
A view of faces with some glamour,
It gets attention, but not fixation.

Beauty is natural, not a mutation,
A charming smile can enamor,
I’m looking for the best face foundation.

Old styles pass by with a donation,
Giving balance without the clamor,
It gets attention, but not fixation.

A face once launched a ships’ formation,
And, Helen of Troy was no programmer.
I’m looking for the best face foundation.

A true beauty from some old nation,
A smile that draws good manner.
It gets attention but not fixation.

Here is the goal of beauty’s citation,,
All parts arranged with proper grammar.
I’m looking for the best face formation,
It gets attention, but not fixation.
