Poem

Every black boy everywhere,
The strength of resilience,
Hard work is not a scare.

Every black boy everywhere,
The dignity of purpose,
Persistence is ingrained.

Every black boy in a foreign land,
There’s a call to duty,
Strengthen those weary hands.

Every black boy in a foreign land,
Prejudiced and segregated,
Pursue your purpose in the beauty of variety.

Every black boy everywhere,
Listen to the African song,
Let courage rise in your hearts.

Every black boy everywhere,
Listen to the sages,
Embark on the journey towards a new dawn.
