The child lived.
It was only a bullet graze
to the head.
Blood flowed freely
but, the child lived.
Life in the jungle was never easy
and he had future plans to be a leader.
The villagers surrounded the young child and dressed his wounds.
The police station was filled
with onlookers.
This could only be a miracle.
Thank God the child lived!
