The Road is Wet by Jason Venter

Poem

released from the virtues
of political doctrines
i found an earnest
fellow creature of mischief
with a heart of fever
pity and pain
engrossed in a community
of an old rotten union
between purpose
and mental slavery.

we brake.
but the road is wet.
