The anthropologist’s gaze,
The world’s maze,
Beneath the surface,
History hides its face.
Time leaves behind its footprints,
The remains of the lost are buried,
Searched out and carried,
They unlock mysteries cloaked in time.
Life is an unending mystery,
The missing pieces shade history,
The lost pieces the sages still seek,
The unveiled is the world’s puzzle.
