The end is not any way in sight,
I quest for higher light,
A dark tale is woven into each day,
The unexplained blotches the portrait.
Up the mountain,
Through the plain,
The monster is on the trail,
Gloom shades the sky.
Faith wrestles with fate,
The arena is my chamber,
The outside doesn’t show me,
Within me is a raging sea.
I’m in search of the missing piece,
Is it hidden in the deepest night?
When I think I’m at the shore of redemption,
There are more creatures to fight.
