Poet Bio

Is this like Kim’s game, Kipling way,
spot what’s taken from the tray?
Astronomer, past milky way,
the back hole seen for what’s not there?
But either way she is perplexed,
dementia stole the memory,
so synapse channel lost I guess,
though unaware it is mislaid.
That term falls short, for total loss –
it’s ‘No Returns’, as label says –
which lessens her anxiety
but leaves so much that we were, void.
