If we lose ourselves in time
We may never come home
If we stay still
Our souls can roam
The world moves around us
Rivers flow like tears
With no more voids to fill
With you I am whole
Two worlds collide
A course off path and unexpected
Clocks stopped, minutes now seconds
Dark skies opened wide
The clouds surrendered
The world was on fire,
Yet we danced in those embers
