andes a la gueta
de les prebes
d’un mundiu trescendente,
estremáu y allonxáu
de les miseries cotidianes
de los homes.
(poro fuisti dende abenayá
a la gueta la poesía).
***
pero yá escaecisti
la llingua’l rescamplíu
(la llingua’l Nuberu)
esta nueche de tuena.
you are looking
for the evidence
of a transcendent world,
different and away
from the daily miseries
of men
(that is why you have searched
for poetry since a long time ago).
***
but you have already forgotten
the language of the lightning
(the Nuberu’s * language)
this stormy night.
